From start to finish, the temporary to direct hire program lasts 12 weeks or 480 completed hours of work whichever occurs first. Upon completing the minimum hour requirement, a temporary to direct hire transfer may take place free of charge. This means that the candidate is released by Nova Staffing Inc., and free to become a part of your company's payroll without incurring any additional costs.
