At Nova Staffing, we don't have our candidates fill out applications that do nothing more than confirm who they are and where they have been. We develop an entire profile on them!

The screening process that we use provides us with information on their accomplishments, what makes them unique, how they have saved money for their company, how they have saved time for their company, and how they have made money for their company. We probe them to find out what they want in an employer because a happy employee is a productive employee.
